African Bakuba Dance Skirt
A long (14.5 ft) Bakuba cloth from Zaire (now Democratic Republic of Congo) as worn in traditional dances. Unusual to find an old Bakuba skirt of this length complete and in good condition. The field of patchwork form a rhythm of distinct shapes and tones. Original fringes on the sides, the ends with small shells.
