French Athletic Horse, Circa 1920
An extraordinary French athletic horse. In a trapezoidal shape, divided into 6 stacking pieces, each with apertures for easy movement and stacking, and a leather top platform. These individual sections could be removed or added to make the horse smaller or larger. Inside the horse, there is a hollow space in which objects or even persons could be hidden. Brown leather surface remains soft and supple, with a couple of small cuts and signs of use and wear.
